However, once you have stepped foot into the backyard oasis you may never want to leave!The backyard is a spectacular place to spend your time. Lay by the heated pool on a lounge chair. BBQ on one of two outdoor kitchen areas. Enjoy an meal on the outdoor dining table set by one of three gas burning fireplaces. Roast s'mores on a cushioned lounge chair while sitting around a fire pit under the gazebo. The landscape is a true representation of the Arizona desert. However, every cactus, plant and tree were carefully placed around walk ways and artificial grassy areas.As you enter the home from the front door you will quickly take notice of the large open space and wall of windows that present amazing views of the backyard. To the left of the entry way is the living room and sitting room. The living room has a grey chenille sectional with side table and a flat screen TV. The sitting room has two leather couches. To the right of the entry is the upgraded kitchen and dining room. The dining room is furnished with a dark wooden table that seats up to 6 guests adjacent to a cozy, gas burning fireplace. There are an additional 3 barstools for extra seating at the breakfast bar. This breakfast bar is attached to one of two islands in this massive kitchen. Featuring stainless steel appliances, including a double 2 door refrigerator,and is stocked with all the dinnerware and cookware needed to entertain up to 10 guests. The laundry room is set right off the kitchen and is stocked with extra linens, pool towels and pool toysThe master bedroom is suited with a king size bed, two night stands with reading lamps and a flat screen TV. There are not one but two closets here. The en suite bath room has a walk in shower and dual vanity sinks.Guest bedroom #1 has a queen bed and flat screen TV.
