Created to be an entertainers dream with multiple living, eating and entertaining spaces. The largest of families will be more than comfortable with room enough for everyone.Prepare your meals in the gourmet kitchen complete with huge butlers pantry and all the appliances you will ever need to cook the perfect meal. The kitchen features modern conveniences such as Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, multiple fridges, and breakfast bar.If you want to get plenty of time in relaxing then you will be able to find your own space with the choice of main lounge room, media/cinema room, children's retreat or outside under the large shaded veranda. Want to watch a movie, this place has a state of the art cinema and media room with huge HD TV. To top it off their is a gas fire place to add warmth and ambience for our Winter guests.The kids are well catered for with the garage decked out as a games room including ping pong, air hockey and a pool table. There is plenty of yard space to run around and kick a footy or burn off some excess energy. There is also a fire pit for our guests to enjoy (ensuring fire bans and safety are strictly adhered to). We don't supply fire wood but you can grab some at the local service station. Sleeping options consist of 5 well appointed bedrooms and a sofa bed in the children's retreat lounge area.Master Bedroom, ensuite with spa bath - King BedBedroom 2, ensuite - Queen BedBedroom 3 - Queen BedBedroom 4 - Double Bed + King SingleBedroom 5 - Two Single BedsChildren's Retreat / Lounge Areaโs - 2 x Double Sofa BedsThe house has 3 bathrooms plus an additional powder room and toilet. 2 of the 3 bathrooms are ensuite with the master ensuite including spa. The main bathroom includes bath and separate shower.There is a laundry for those who may need to do a load of washing. Undercover parking is provided for 2 vehicles under the carport with an additional four parks on the side of the driveway that are not undercover but very close to the house.If your after peace and quiet while only being a convenient drive to everything Coffs Harbour has to offer Casa Paradiso is perfect. Enjoy the space and luxury of staying in a brand new designer home in beautiful rural surrounds.Pets - This property does not accept pets sorry.Schoolies - This property strictly DOES NOT accept schoolies or school leaver bookings.
