Interior:
The villa has two floors. The living area, characterized by wooden-beamed ceilings, consists of sitting room, dining room, TV area with fireplace and reading area, completed with unique pieces of furniture and contemporary-flavoured works of art. From here you carry on to the beautiful modern kitchen, an irresistible invitation for aspiring chefs. The ground floor is completed by a toilet. A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor with a beautiful mezzanine connecting the two double bedrooms and the twin bedroom with joinable beds, all with private bathrooms with shower. On this floor is also a splendid terrace with panoramic view. About 15 metres from the villa is a charming annex consisting of a living area, a double bedroom with dividable beds and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Ten hectares of fenced land make up the property while the park surrounding the villa covers about 25,000 sq m. Numerous relaxation areas placed in strategic places, overlooking the sea or protected by majestic oaks, characterize this wonderful property with a 360 degree panorama. The panoramic veranda, connected to the house, is perfect for enjoyable outdoor meals in front of this splendid landscape.

Swimming Pool:
The elegant newly-built swimming pool, looks out over the breathtaking landscape characterized by the typical colours of the Park of Monte San Bartolo. Approximately 20 metres from the property, it measures 16 x 6 m with a varying depth from 1,20 m to 2,40 m. Access to the water is via steps, it is lined in sand-coloured PVC and has chlorine purification. The pool area is equipped with internal and external lights, a hot-water shower and sunbeds, tables and umbrellas. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Pets: Yes small size only in the annex. € 50,00 per animal per week. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
