Positive: Lucia was a fantastic host, arranged to be at the property earlier than the website said and showed us around the property. She let us know that there would be a gentleman coming to clear the pool, and showed us places where we can go with the children. The property was clean, with all the essentials. She went above and beyond and even arranged for my husbands sunglasses to be posted back after he left them at the property!!
Negative: lighting flickered slightly in the evenings, may be a fault somewhere
