Casa Concerto is a villa in an enchanting setting atop a small hill in the center of Tuscany and only 2 km from the famous Montecatini Spa. The villa is divided into four small holiday apartments that share a garden and a pool.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.40 meter (4.6 feet) to 1.70 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by olive trees. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by a porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the swimming pool area. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Patio
In the patio there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs.
Living Room
The living room is paved with elegant wood. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. In this room you will find a large satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the external stairway through a French door.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room climbing three steps. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor climbing three steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the garden and of the swimming pool. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
