Positive: The host was very helpful & accommodating- speaks Italian and Spanish. Her place is very comfortable and feels homey but professional. Has all the facilities needed. It's a quiet farm stay, on the outskirts of town. We used this as a base to go to the Saturnia hot pools, takes about 15-20 mins on a windy road.
Negative: The only problem I had was being unable to figure out how to light the gas stove. They could use some instructions because there are some peculiarities in getting it lit.
Summary: Beautiful quiet comfortable home stay with a friendly helpful host, on the outskirts of town.
