Our condominium is in the heart of the Town. At only 20 min. driving from Punta Cana Airport.

In one of the most exclusive and luxurious beachfront condo complex inside the town, very secure gated complex. Our unit is only approx 25 meters from the white sand beach!! Our Unit has a very well space of 180mt2 / 1,900 ft2. Our beach is pretty long.. .you can walk either way for HOURS!! We have our own (complex) private shade pergola with chaise lounges, Restaurant, and bar service available at the Beach area.
Within less than 15 minutes walking from our beach you can find plenty of restaurants and bars located on the beach shore. In front of the Condo complex entrance within less than 15 min walking you may find: Bakery, Sports Bar, Grocery stores, Pharmacy, Restaurants, and Spa.
Important: This is a family condominium - for security reasons no parties are allowed. and guests cannot invite other extra guests into the complex or condo. Electricity included up to usd 14 per night, any extra above that, the guest must pay.

Summary: Overall a good stay! Property is incredibly safe! And amazing security guards all over the place patrolling at every exit and making you feel welcomed. My main reason for not having it be a 5 star review is the beach loaded with “sargazo” (sea algae) and although out of control of the property owner it is something we saw other properties and hotels mitigate by setting up nets 100 ft into the sea and daily clean ups with tractors and saw it to be quite effective where as for our beach front it was ridden with algae not only making it impossible to go into the water but also generating an intense sulfur like smell.
