You will find that this is the ideal place for a family vacation, friends getting together, golf trips or professionals on a work contract. Our four-bedroom, two-bath home is a perfect place to relax and connect, make new memories, enjoy local attractions or just hang out by the pool. You will find a spacious but cozy home with comfortable beds in a quiet neighborhood near many attractions. The pool is heated and ready for fun year-round.

The house has a keyless entry, and the code will be sent to you before check in. Please be sure that all guests are verified and registered through the booking platform including providing identification. The primary guest must be over 25. No events, parties, or large gatherings.
The Pool and the Fire Table obviously require a high degree of supervision if children are present. There are alarms on the top of each of the sliding glass doors that could open to the pool area. Please ensure the small switch on each alarm is turned on whenever needed for safety. They alarm when the door is opened to signal that someone is entering the pool area from inside the house. No glass of any kind allowed near the pool, there are many plastic options. For safety, please do not swim alone, and no diving.
Dogs: We love our furry friends! We have a double, furniture-style crate with comfy beds for when you are out without your dog. Please clean up any pet waste or messes (indoors or outdoors) immediately. Poo bags, Resolve cleaner, and rags are supplied (in the dog crate drawers, under the kitchen sink and in the laundry cabinet). Pets must be house trained, healthy, up to date on shots and not aggressive. Dogs must be in crates when owners are out. Dog fee is $50 per dog (nonrefundable). Maximum of 2 dogs.
Smoking: Please do not smoke in the house or by open doors or windows. There are plenty of outdoor options.
Beaches/waterparks: There are folding beach chairs, a beach wagon, and beach towels. Please don’t use the household towels for the beach. Don’t forget the sunscreen!
Safety: Each bathroom has a first aid kit, there are multiple smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide alarm and fire extinguishers in the house kitchen as well as in the summer kitchen by the grill. There is a fire blanket near the stove as well.
Parking: There is space in the driveway for 4 cars. Please do not park in the garage or open the garage door as it serves as a game/playroom.
