Boulder Brook Spa Suite 3 is the perfect "adults only" getaway. This spacious spa suite with a two-person jetted tub and river view sets the tone for the ultimate romantic getaway. The spa suites are one of our most popular styles of suites at Boulder Brook for a reason. Begin your stay with a glass of wine or favorite beverage on your private deck overlooking Fall River. When you are ready to come inside, sit by the fireplace and watch a movie, whip together a light snack in your kitchen, or recover from a hike in the two-person jetted tub with river views. At the end of the day, a luxurious King bed awaits.
This spa suite features a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, King bed, sitting area, gas fireplace, a full kitchen and private deck. Additional amenities include: TV, stereo, books, magazines and puzzles.
Spa Suite 3 offers a full Kitchen: stove and oven, mini refrigerator (no freezer), microwave, 8-cup coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, coffee grinder.
The bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower with two showerheads and a separate vanity area.

- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo/conditioner, small bar soap, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay cleans, and additional trash fees. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
- Mid-stay cleans include cleaning of floors, countertop and furniture surfaces, and bathrooms, and this does include linens.
The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$110 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days)
$110 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $110)
