Positive: Breakfast included and pretty good variety, short walk to beach, evening check-in staff member (Mario) excellent, breakfast staff very friendly. They are clearly trying to upgrade the hotel, foyer, dining and pool area nice, although pool closed when we were there. Rooms clean, decor nice (although small - but adequate for a quick overnight stay.) There appeared to be lots of eateries nearby.

Negative: Rooms are quite noisy (paper thin walls) and you can hear other guests. (Also building works happening nearby at present - woken by jackhammers very early - not the hotels fault, but hard after a very late arrival and also being kept up by party in adjacent rooms); difficult to find on-street parking. Not sure about the neighbourhood - we arrived very late, but it felt a little dodgy in parts. Lifts very slow - we even wondered if they were working at one stage, they are so slow 🤣🤣
