Positive: The view from the balcony is amazing, and the furniture is in good condition. The location is excellent, with many restaurants, pubs, and bars within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Mr. Magdy was extremely helpful, and the owner was always reachable when needed.
Negative: On the negative side, there was considerable noise for two days due to construction work inside the building. Also, the nice view is only available from one bedroom. Some basic amenities were missing, including an iron, toaster, and coffee machine, which I believe are essential and should be provided.
Summary: Overall, it was a good stay with a great location and beautiful view, with some room for improvement.
