The home’s footprint rests in a greenbelt of Sitka Spruce and Hemlock trees offering shade and more privacy than most rentals. In the summer Stellar’s Jays, Finches, squirrels like to visit and sometimes Black Bears too. The house has 3 bedrooms, with a “Bonus Bedroom” and a generous living area with a fireplace, and has new furniture.

Certain areas in the house will be labeled “Host Only” and may have locks installed to avoid any confusion for accessibility.
