Positive: We were extremely happy with our stay at the Blissful Suite. The apartment is modern, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. Parking in the underground garage was smooth and clearly explained. The built-in Bluetooth ceiling speakers were a lovely surprise, and we used them daily for background music. The Wi-Fi was super fast, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The balcony view was stunning, the washer-dryer and iron were very convenient, and the pool area was great. We also appreciated the outdoor fitness machines on the premises — a nice bonus.
Negative: Our request for early check-in wasn’t followed up with the promised call, and we only received the apartment code after the official check-in time and a reminder from us. The listing showed a wrong apartment unit (BE instead of BB), which was a bit confusing. The Nespresso Vertuo machine didn’t work properly, and compatible capsules weren’t available locally — a regular machine would have been more practical. The Nuki smart lock occasionally needed a second try to work.
