This is the perfect Vermont outdoor playground property. With 84.4 acres, beautiful stone walls, and spacious lawns which surround two ponds perfect for swimming and kayaking. You will have direct access to the VAST trail for snowmobiling across Vermont to Canada. The residence itself offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a kitchen with a wood burning fireplace and a game room. Attached is a 1 car heated garage and private deck overlooking the two ponds.
The white birch acres property is just 12 minutes from Woodstock, and 4 minutes from Silver lake and the Barnard general store. Suicide Six ski slopes and Billings Farm and Museum are 10 minutes away. Killington ski slopes are 30 minutes away. Okemo is 45 minutes away.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and the home was as expected and clean. Surprised by the amenities in the kitchen including dishes pots and pans all available. You do need to bring towels but all linens were clean and neat. There is a lake on property which was iced over this time of year but I’m sure is beautiful in spring.Has plenty of room and Would go again
