Positive: - Room was very clean and tidy and spacious - Staff were helpful and friendly - Instructions were clear and communicated well (both for parking and for room access) - Location was not bad - Great amenities (i.e. additional drinks and snacks)

Negative: Accessing the rooms was slightly confusing at first and there was no staff by the time we arrived. We just luckily came across another group of travellers looking for the staff members, and they gave them a call.
