Summary: The layout of the hotel is not friendly for accessing the elevator. And if you are at the far end of the 2nd floor, which I was there us no elevator and you must carry your luggage up stairs. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable- too soft, and seemed old by the way the mattress had bumps and impossible to get comfortable. Staff at the front desk was friendly, otherwise didnt see any other staff, except in breakfast / dining area. Breakfast fiid was poor quality. Not much selection - tried ti eat some eggs but ended up throwing away and going to a nearby coffee house.
