Summary: The apartments are beautiful, very nice and clean, but we booked this apartment for the beach location, and they don't allow you, no even walk at their beach. They explained us it is a legal problem with the builder of the condo and the beaches are private! YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY FORVIDEN TO ENTER THE SAND. if want to go to the beach they will SELL you a stay in a hotel near by. If it is your first time in Dubai, stay at Down Town, if you want to enjoy the beach stay away from this place. There is not wifi in the common areas, each apartment has their own wifi private signal, the information about wifi in common areas is incorrect. Is not much to do at THE PALM if you ar not allow to walk at the beaches. Try another location.
