The Space:
Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The office space has a single trundle mattress, providing additional sleeping arrangements for families with children (please note there is no door in the office).
The bathroom is modern and spacious, with fresh linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries provided for your convenience.
The well-equipped kitchen will make you feel right at home. It features a fridge, oven, electronic stovetop, toaster, and kettle. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or dinner, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips.
Unwind after a long day as you stay updated with the complimentary WiFi and enjoy the Smart TV.
Step outside to our spacious backyard, where the entertainment area lets you relax and enjoy the fresh air. The seating arrangement is perfect for summer evenings, allowing you to indulge in a drink or dine al fresco.
Guest Access:
As our valued guest, you’ll enjoy full access to the entire residence, inclusive of linens, towels, and complimentary consumable amenities, all provided at no additional cost.
Room configuration is as follows:
1-2 guests - 1 room. 1x queen bed
3-4 guests - 2 rooms. 1x queen bed
5-6 guest - 3 rooms (office). 1x trundle single bed - please note, linen for the trundle is BYO and the office does not have a door, and may lack privacy.
The guest suite is attached to the owners home upstairs. The back yard may be shared sometimes with the friendly resident cavoodle!
Parking: You are more then welcome to park on the gravel. However, please do not park in front of the garage. Entrance is down the stairs to the left of the main house.
