Positive: 1-Very nice and big resort 2-we love the food tasty and the pizza is one of the best that I tried + the doner kabab is very nice and 3-the zoo is wonderful 4-the girls at the reception are helpful + the guest relations are so nice with us 5-a lot of activities till the night 6-the beach street are very nice

Negative: The hugeness in the first day was sooo bad but when we make a problem they inform the cleaner to take care of us more but the problem not on the cleaner, the problem is on the (staff manager on the night shift)
