Peaceful 4 bedroom/3 bathroom getaway on the shores of Lake Tawakoni surrounded by over 3 acres of private woods. Feels like a sanctuary with birds chirping softly and a cool lake breeze flowing. Fish for the tons of catfish on our private boat dock and fishing pier, enjoy the grill on the picnic area before a breathtaking sunset, and make sโmores around the campfire in our outdoor fire pit. Beautiful lake views can also be seen while relaxing in beds indoors. This amazing retreat is less than 1-hour drive from downtown Dallas. The house features 500MB/s fiber internet and rising desk in case you need to meet/work with the rest of the world.
Guests have access to the boat dock and fishing pier. There are 2 adult and 1 child kayaks with life vests in storage building. The boat lift is locked and reserved for owner usage only.
