In a small quiet village at 700 m altitude, at the bottom of a green valley, 12 km from Tarascon sur Ariรจge and 30 km from Foix, at the foot of superb mountains. Ideal location to rest and make multiple hikes of various levels, in high and medium mountains and in the nearby forests. Perfect for lovers of biking, canyoning, horse riding, via ferrata, acro-branches, caving. Near Andorra and from Ax les Thermes; numerous caves, including that of Niaux nearby, and underground rivers to visit as well as pretty villages and, not far away, the Cathar castles. In winter, small family ski resort 10 minutes away (Goulier-snow) And for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Port de Lers and Beilles plateau.

Ground floor: Entrance onto a large living room: very well-equipped kitchen (large American fridge and cooking piano, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers including a Nespresso, electric kettle and toaster ... and dining room with 2 tables, crockery and cupboards) overlooking a beautiful living room, below, which opens onto the garden to the south. (Large sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV with all channels, fireplace ...) + toilet with washing machine hands and large cellar where you can store fresh food, shoes, coats, stroller and bikes plus a laundry area with washing machine and tubs for washes.
Upstairs: 6 large bright bedrooms (5 with 140 cm bed and 1 with 2 twin beds, all with table, chairs, armchairs, storage and new comfortable bedding, served by a corridor. 2 modern shower rooms with large walk-in showers Italian, sinks, cupboards and WC.
The large, open garden, bordered at the bottom by the village river and to the left by a small kindergarten. Round table, bench and chairs in wrought iron and large picnic table. comfortable armchairs; large Weber wood barbecue. Parasols.

Linen is not provided but can be provided on request for 12 euros / person. Only mattress and pillow protections are provided automatically. Wise and clean pets can be accepted after discussion with their owner
