There is a bus stop at the corner with 3 routes operating roughly every 15 or so minutes to easily use public transport to get to Squirrel Hill, Oakland or downtown. The apartment is approximately 1.5 miles off of the expressway exit (I-376), approximately 25 miles from the airport.
Other things to note
This is a first floor apartment; there are two other units in the building. Quiet for the most part with normal muffled noise from other tenants. Street is busy but apartment extremely quiet, virtually no outside noise heard especially in bedrooms.
