Positive: The property was in a great location! Property management was very prompt with their responses. Clean house with extra clean towels if needed. Most basics were provided and even a little extra with their kitchen supplies which was nice. I liked that there was not a lot requested for clean up, only to run the dish washer so it was a very easy check out.
Negative: The WiFi was very spotty and not very strong. Many electronics such as the router and TVs were all disconnected upon arrival so we had initially thought the WiFi wasn’t working at all. The community amenities seem very nice but super pricey considering we were only staying for a few days, not an entire week. Wished this was disclosed before booking.
Summary: The house was perfect for the amount of people we had and our vacation near the Delaware beaches. Clean with the minimum
