Casa Bougainvillea is located on Cabrita Point, on the east end of St. Thomas. Nestled amongst beautiful foliage and set on its own beach in Great Bay, this pristine and beautifully landscaped private estate offers all the comfort and relaxation you could dream of!
Three air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper level each offer breathtaking views of the ocean and nearby islands.
Two more air-conditioned, one-bedroom suites, each complete with a kitchen, on the lower level offer total privacy and direct beach or pool access.
The spacious great room features cathedral ceilings, air-conditioning, seating for dining or relaxing, an entertainment area, and opens to a large, covered balcony.
Tropical flora surrounds a fresh water pool on the lower deck, just steps away from the ocean! Follow the path through the gardens to access the beach and amazing snorkeling.
Casa Bougainvillea is perfectly located! Just minutes from numerous restaurants, bars, shops, boating activities, other beaches, and the ferry to neighboring island of St. John!
Our villa is ideal for families or friends traveling together who each desire the privacy of their own accommodations, and convenience of nearby amenities.
Taxi services are available, but a rental car is advisable.
While directions to Casa B are easy to follow, you can be met at the airport and shown to the villa upon request.
Cancellation & Covid-Related Policies:
-Once a reservation is confirmed and paid, there will be no refunds for cancellation. Any cancellations made 60 days prior to the reservation date will not be refunded, but may be used as credit towards a rebooking upon request.
-Reservations will be cancelled and refunded due to Covid ONLY if the Virgin Islands is placed under a no-travel restriction. Guests unable to travel due to travel restrictions in their area, or testing positive for Covid will not be eligible to receive a refund.
-In the event of a hurricane or tropical storm that threatens the safety of the guests or property, current guests will be required vacate the property and receive a refund for their stay, and future guests will be cancelled and refunded/rebooked.

Summary: I have used VRBO for many vacations and Casa B has definitely been the best of all of them. The house was perfect for our multi-generational (ages 8 mths to 73 yrs) family trip to St. Thomas. We loved the pool and snorkeling right from the back yard. Chris at Sea View management was so helpful in planning our trip and during our stay. The reviews that state that the house was well supplied was an understatement. I am used to going to a property and having some beginning supplies, like TP, that run out after a couple of days but this unit was stocked so that we had enough for our entire stay. We also appreciated using name brand items instead of generic stuff. Before I stay at a VRBO I love reading the reviews for tidbits of helpful advice. Here's a couple of things we learned that were helpful. Bring water shoes and snorkeling gear. The snorkeling was amazing but you won't want to traverse the rocks and sea urchins without water shoes. The property has several kayaks and a paddle board to use. We decided not to rent a car since there were so many of us. We used Ambassadorial Limo Services for airport transfers and excursions. I would highly recommend them. Call Kelly taxi if you need a taxi service while there. We had difficulties with other taxi services. Just a short walk up the street was a beautiful sandy beach at the Ritz where the kids enjoyed playing in the sand. We used Moe's in Red Hook for grocery delivery service. They only charge a set delivery fee.
