3 Bedroom House in Costa do Sol, Bertioga

House in Guaratuba, Bertioga, in gated community, Costa do Sol Condominium, very close to the beach, eight minutes walking, 3 minutes by car, and next to a trail to the waterfall of crystal clear water.
The beach is always quiet, never crowded and the water is very clean and great for swimming.
There are two houses, one above one below, the one above we do not rent who uses is the owner.
The house below is the one we rent, it has 3 bedrooms, (2 large and one smaller) an area in the front, living room, kitchen, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garage for 3 cars (although it is okay to let the car sleep in street that for being condominium) and area in the background with barbecue and pool table.
