The sunny deck has beautiful ocean views with Motiti Island in the distance mixed with a lovely garden/tree outlook. Main living and 2 bedrooms are upstairs with a self-contained studio unit downstairs.
Quiet street, safe swimming, fishing, surfing, shellfish (tuatua) gathering, beach walking, 200m to quad bike access for great surf-casting fishing opportunities beyond the houses.
2 min drive to Four Square supermarket, dairy, bar/restaurants, cafe, artisan bakery, cinema, takeaways, hairdresser, liquor store, doctor, dentist, pharmacy. 8 min drive to shopping centre, restaurants and supermarket. 13 min to Bayfair Shopping Centre. 20 mins to Mt Maunganui and Tauranga. 45 mins to Rotorua (Thermal/Cultural centre) and lakes.
