The property can only be accessed by stairs. There are approximately 22 steps down to the property.

The property is an older beach house that has been meticulously maintained and renovated. However, it is important to note that it may have some imperfections or quirks characteristic of its age. The Mornington Peninsular is known for ants, please do not leave food scraps on benches and around the property.

Guests of this property must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay.

• Behave responsibly during your stay, any loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by the council.

• Place all waste into the correct bins provided before leaving
