Positive: Mrs Giuliana was amazing, could give us lifts, plenty of advices, kindness, prompt answers... Huge apartment with interior parking, super equipped, great kitchen, laundry, huge terrace, not many mosquitos, clean.

Negative: The apartment is pretty hot inside, likely because of sun exposure; unfortunately we got the max summer heatwave and without a AC we had to buy a fan to sleep ok. Huge house on the upper part of Varazze, 15' walk to the center, calm and quiet (even if you have a bit of the highway noise), but steep and narrow roadl, so not ideal for car trips if you have to go back and forth to the center for sea, shopping and so. In foresight for Varazze and surroundings better take a scooter / bike, since wherever you stay parking and traffic are terrible, at least in high season.
