Positive: The location was off the beaten path, yet still walkable to restaurants, bars, the harbor, etc, and it was quiet. The property management company (Vacasa) was very quick to respond to my A/C issues, which unfortunately weren't really resolved due to the type of windows in the unit (not their fault).
Negative: The unit was clean, but could use a face lift. Many walls/ceilings/baseboards were scuffed/dinged up, one sofa was worn/ripped, lots of window cranks didn't work. The outlet in the ensuite bathroom upstairs didn't work. The primary bedroom has a very loud portable A/C unit and the crank out window was left wide open with the A/C hose sticking out. So the unit was blowing cold air, but the wide open window was letting in hot air. The A/C unit was too loud to keep on at night. The 2nd bedroom didn't have A/C, and some of the window cranks didn't work during the very warm week we were there. There were no books, deck of cards or any games to play. If you want to cook any meals, you'll need to shop for all supplies, including salt/pepper, cooking spray, sugar, coffee, etc.
Summary: This is an acceptable unit to rent, just be prepared if the weather is hot, and bring your own games
