Summary: Called the Bed and Breakfast on Tuesday because we would be getting in after 7pm, and talked with the caretaker, explained we would be there a little after 7. He said that it would not be a problem. We drove about 5 hours and got in at about 7:25. Went and rang the bell and no one answered, we did this 5 times and called 3 times. Called Hotels.com and they tried to contact someone as well. Finally, after about a half hour the neighbor came out and let us in the cottage. She told us the owner was still at work and showed us around. She said she had to tell another guest not to park in our designated spot because we were checking in. The next day we were out for the entire day and came back to that guest parked in our spot, we are both disabled and it was an inconvenience for us not to mention that we paid a higher rate for the cottage, and someone was in our spot. We saw the lady that was parked there and were trying to tell her that it was our spot and she just looked at us and locked her car and went inside. We tried to contact the front desk but there was no answer. The cottage itself was fantastic and very comfortable. But the check in and issue with parking was disappointing
