"Love Nest" is the ideal space for a romantic holiday, where couples can rediscover moments of intimacy, enjoying the beauty of Lake Garda from a privileged point of view. Among our past guests we also have families with children who got the most out of the outdoor space, and in particular enjoyed the private pool.
Immersed in the greenery and peace of the hillside above the town of Garda, the flat is close to the lake and the historic centre, where you can breathe in the vitality of the pearl of the Benaco, but at the same time allows you to relax far from the buzz of tourist life and traffic.
The Space
The Love Nest is a bright and airy flat with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar overlooking the garden and private pool. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and ample space for your clothes and suitcases. In the kitchen-living area you will find a dining table and a sofa with flat screen TV and satellite channels. Exit through the sliding glass door to your own corner of paradise. A private porch with a dining table and a sitting area with a sofa to get out of the sun during the hottest hours. And the magnificent garden with a view overlooking the town of Garda, the sumptuous Rocca and the Gulf of Garda, with Sirmione in the background. The 4x4m swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip during the day, and for intimate moments in the evening. Sun loungers are available to guests. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are also present. You can park your car in our lockable garage (free).

Check-in time is between 16:00 and 20:00. Check-out time is before 10:00.
Different times must be agreed in advance and may be subject to a surcharge.
Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Guests are responsible for bringing their own beach towels.
For longer stays, extra linen and towels can be requested at additional cost (enquire for details).
Smoking is allowed only outdoors (porch/garden). Thank you.
Guests are asked to dispose of their rubbish according to the door-to-door collection calendar provided by the Garda Town Council, in compliance with the municipal regulations.
The pool is not heated and open only between April,1st and October, 31st. Our pool is "intimate" in size. For those who wish to swim in an Olympic-size pool, crossing the road you can access a tourist sports facility, which also has clay tennis courts. Services not included and to be paid for directly at the facility.
The final price is the sum of the rent collected on behalf of the owner and the included services offered by the Agency.
