Positive: The location and size of the apartment and the cleaning inside the house.
Negative: Information about the apartment was not sent immediately after payment, as otherwise stated in the contract. Subsequently, it was impossible to get in touch with Dancenter ร…lbรฆk, which was listed as a Danish contact. Despite repeated calls during opening hours over several days, the two phone numbers that had been given up were not answered, and a transfer via Dancenter's head office also ended in a dead end. Emails were also not answered, even if it was indicated as a contact form. It was therefore also not possible to complain about errors and deficiencies on the spot. It was stated that there was a barbecue on site and we had bought in for the barbecue evening, but the barbecue was useless, lying in a corner completely rusted and missing a leg. Similarly, the parasol lay on the ground and was completely moldy and useless. One deck chair had a crack in the cover, and there was a danger that it would crack completely during use. Table and chairs were poorly maintained and covered with lichen. The possibilities for outdoor life on the terrace in the fine weather were therefore not appealing. Inside, there were a few small things that should be improved. Light bulbs had popped in a few places and lines for raising and lowering curtains were broken in two rooms.
