Our apartment is located in the best area of ​​the city, located in the historic center, it is the best place to visit Malaga.
It is perfect for 4 people, it has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed, the living room with kitchenette is very cozy and the fully equipped bathroom is perfect for 4 people.
Equipped with Wifi, Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen, it is ideal for a stay in Malaga, whether for work or vacation.
The Space:
The apartment is 55m2, spacious and bright, with air conditioning to cool in summer and heat in winter.
It has two rooms, one room is for two people, it has a double bed, large closets and is very spacious.
The second room is a single room.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed for the fourth person in the group, two people can also sleep together, but the maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 people. The living room is very comfortable for 4 people to be together and enjoy a relaxing afternoon, there is a TV and a high-speed internet connection.
The dining room has an equipped American kitchen, perfect for preparing dinners and breakfasts with a bar and stools so that all diners can be together at mealtime.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The bathroom with a comfortable shower is large and has storage space, the washing machine is in the bathroom.
Entry is via electronic lock.

The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
The sofa beds are not prepared to sleep on arrival, we will deliver the bed linen and towels when the number of guests requires it.
Arrival out of hours has no extra cost, because the entrance is autonomous through an electronic lock.

Requesting a baby crib has a cost of €50 per reservation and must be requested in advance.
We will provide you with a transfer service from the airport and back to the airport, you can book it directly on our provider's website and pay the cost of your transfer directly.

The historic center of Málaga is delimited to the North by Calle Carretería, to the South by the Paseo del Parque and Parque de Málaga, to the Northwest by the Plaza de la Merced together with Calle Álamos and the Alcazaba and its tunnel, and to the West by the River Guadalmedina (nowadays almost completely dry).
The old town of Malaga is not to be missed since it is located in the heart of the city. That is why the options to get there are multiple, being able to take any EMT bus line whose stops are located on Paseo del Parque, right in the area of ​​Málaga Park, which is where the routes end and begin; or suburban and metro, which have multiple stops. Among them, in Perchel Sur, where the metro stops and about 20 minutes maximum from the famous Larios street; or the short-distance train, which has the “Málaga Centro Alameda” stop located right next to the river.
Parking in the historic center of Malaga
The city is increasingly becoming more accessible for pedestrians, and the clear example of this is the main Alameda avenue, whose recent pedestrianization works have opened up much more space for pedestrians without worrying about cars.
The old town is not very big, in fact, it is quite compact, so there is little distance between the monuments. The problem is then in the search for free public parking, which is more complicated to find. For this reason, and so that you don't waste time looking for where to park your car, we recommend the following car parks located in the heart of Malaga.
Getting Around:
You can walk to all the interesting places that you should visit during your stay in Malaga. The car is not necessary and it is difficult to park in the center, the best option is to park in the Alcazaba parking lot, it is close to the apartment, it is safe and it is open 24 hours.
