We rent a barrier-free handicapped accessible holiday home with a living space of 270 m². The house is in the living area by a 2.50-meter-wide, lockable soundproof sliding door divided into two each 135 square meters apartments. Each apartment includes: • underfloor heating in the entire apartment • three wheelchair accessible guest rooms with 2 beds each • open living / kitchen area with a comfortable sofa bed • modern fitted kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. • wheelchair-accessible kitchen workplace ��� wheelchair-accessible shower room with wheelchair access , wheelchair-accessible vanity unit • additional bathroom with bathtub, vanity and additional WC • generous private terrace area with sunbeds and barbecue • three TV sets, WLAN, stereo, washing machine, dryer • beds are made, towels / bath towels are provided • cot, high chair, changing table and baby rocker on request For both apartments are available for common use free of charge: • two integrated in the house bicycle garages • four parking spaces in front of the house, two of which are suitable for the disabled • a 3-seater paddle boat and two 2-seater paddle boats • ten bicycles for adults • a tandem • two children's bicycles (various sizes) • children's playground • table tennis Use the largest holiday home roof terrace on Lake Senftenberg. Above the garage area there is a roof terrace of 85 sqm, which can be reached barrier-free via a staircase or a platform lift.
