Negative: Kitchen sink tap was loose. Toilet seat was broken. Windows don’t lock. Awning is noisy in the wind.No washing machine powder. No staples like coffee, oil, salt or pepper. The staff member arrived late.

Summary: Lovely flat in great location but many defects.
