Positive: Perfect location. Lockers available in the lobby is a great plus if you need to leave a luggage before check-in / after check-out. It helped us a lot. Room on the 3rd floor was clean. No bugs found. No issues with online check-in/check-out. Instant messaging works well - quick responses. Deposit unblocked as stated in the bank terms. Definitely will consider for next time in Miami Beach.

Negative: Windows are not soundproof - they are leaky and you hear all the sounds from the street. Something to take into account for someone who values silence. For us it was not a huge issue.

Summary: Clean room in a perfect location in Miami Beach.
