Travel Purpose: business
Positive: I arrived early for my reservation, like 11am early. The Receptionist - Alexia, understandably, said that the room was not ready yet. She gave me directions to the Mall and said she would do her best to get me the earliest available room. I went to sit in the lounge for about 30 minutes, and she called me to say I could go to my room. She showed a high level of Hospitality. The Shuttle driver Jeff, was very good and had even us 4am commuters smiling on our way to the Airport.
