In the heart of the vineyards and olive trees of the Hérault, and close to the village of Saint-Pons-de-Mauriennes, come spend a pleasant stay in the cottage O Coeur des Vignes for four people and relax by the pool and in this modern and spacious cottage, in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere in the middle of the Hérault nature.
The cottage, which has Wifi and air conditioning, opens onto a large elegant and well-appointed living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen. The equipped and modern kitchen has everything you need to make the most of your holiday: oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils… The dining and living room area consists of a large table to eat, two sofas to watch TV, installed on a large storage unit.
You can access from this living room to a balcony-terrace, with a garden furniture, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature, quiet under the sun of the Hérault.
The cottage also has two bedrooms each with their own bathroom with walk-in shower and sink with mirror; the first bedroom has a double bed 160x200 cm with a bedside table, and the second has two single beds 90x190 cm that can be combined to form a double bed 180x190 cm. The cottage also has a laundry room with a washing machine.
Outside the cottage, you can enjoy a garden area and a garden in front of the cottage. You will also have access to the owners' pool, just 30 meters from the cottage in the owners' garden, with exclusive use of it from 9am to 6pm and shared use from 6pm.
You will have the opportunity to park two cars in front of the cottage in a private way, with access by an automatic gate.
