For visitors curious to know the Drôme des collines and its wine, arboricultural and truffle-growing terroirs, the Gîte des Méjeans offers you a charming, quiet stopover, at the crossroads of the Rhône cities, exceptional vineyards and hilly landscapes. Ideal as a base to discover the region: ideal palace of postman Cheval (Hauterives), Abbey of St-Antoine, collegiate church of St-Donat, city of chocolate (Tain l'Hermitage), ceramics museum (St-Uze) , lakes of Champos and Vernets, the towns of Valence and Romans-sur-Isère (city of shoes, Avenue brands). Without forgetting the local specialties and the Ardèche which is not far away! In the village: small grocery store, pizzeria, market on Thursdays, viewpoints of Pierre Aiguille and Méjeans.
After years of work, this old building from our ancestors' farm opens its doors, the Méjeans gîte is born! Céline and Eric have made the house very functional, it will provide you with all the comfort you could want for your vacation. The entrance opens onto a large, bright, air-conditioned living room facing East-West (40m²) with a bay window opening onto the covered terrace, a pantry/laundry room, 2 bedrooms (160x200) (2x80x200 which can be combined into one 160x200), bathroom water with large walk-in shower, separate toilet. It's impossible to ignore the 2nd east-facing terrace with a clear view, the parking lot and the garden which are private to you, the wood stove and the linens provided, what could be better to start your vacation off right. We live 100m away, we will be happy, as well as our Mystery cat, to meet you and share our knowledge of the area with you.
