You can enjoy an exceptional setting in the Natura 2000 area. The cottage, located just a few meters from the Rhoin River, beneath the village cliffs and bordered by forest, will provide you with peace and serenity.
Numerous hiking and cycling trails depart from the cottage. Climbing enthusiasts can also enjoy approximately 400 climbing routes. The Rhoin Valley cottage is ideally located between the Côte Vinicole, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Burgundy Canal, and the Auxois region.
This former semi-detached stone stable has been completely renovated, preserving the original troughs, which have been converted into benches. Ground floor: travertine living room with dining area, TV, equipped kitchen, and pellet stove. Shower room. Laundry room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a queen-size bed. A large room can be used as a TV lounge or bedroom with its comfortable double sofa bed and a mezzanine with two twin trundle beds (80x190). A second separate toilet with a washbasin.
Courtyard with terrace and parking in front of the cottage. Secure barn for storing bicycles. Electric heating according to consumption in winter (16 kWh per day included). Three 15 kg bags of pellets are included in the weekly price, as are sheets (beds made upon arrival) and final cleaning. A folding bed, high chair, and baby bath are available upon request. The owners are located nearby, as is a year-round rental (with access to the cellar via the cottage's courtyard).
