Welcome to this pleasant and sunny cottage. Perfect for the family who wants to live in peace and quiet but with proximity to the central town's services, playground areas, nice swimming areas and forests and close-to-nature experiences. Via the area's footpath and cycle path you reach the center and the playground, the road goes via a bridge over the salmon fishing river Örekilsälven which flows further into the Gullmarsfjord which is Sweden's largest fjord, here there is a nice swimming area with playground and bistro but also great opportunities for fishing or launching a kayak for self-exploration of all the bays and beaches of the fjord. In the area there are good hiking opportunities with a view of the fjord and river such as Malta's path. A trip with Munkedal's museum railway can be an exciting and interesting experience or the Torreby golf course, which is Bohuslän's oldest golf course, the course is located in a castle setting with an English-inspired castle park. The cottage with its sunny location has nice grass areas and a balcony area in a secluded location both with and without a roof, just choose between morning and evening sun or shade. On the inside, you are greeted by a welcoming hall and further into the cottage's kitchen with, among other things, a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker. Inside the kitchen is the cottage's dining room and living room with a large, comfortable sofa group and TV. From the hall, a staircase leads up to the second floor with two bedrooms, one of which has a comfortable double bed and a larger one with two single beds. The room has a partition in the middle which provides some privacy and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the garden is the cottage's annex with a bunk bed measuring 70 x 200 cm. At the cottage's entrance there is a covered patio with summer furniture and barbecue. Here you can grill a good piece of food and enjoy delicious meals while the sun so slowly sets in the northwest. The cabin has a fiber connection. The municipality of Munkedal has very varied natural areas worth visiting, everything from sea and fjord environments to deep forests with lakes and rivers. From Kaserna's canoe centre, an approx. 4 mile long paddling trail runs through lakes and waterways, a great opportunity to explore a beautiful part of the surrounding area. From the cottage you can also easily reach other municipalities and excursion destinations worth visiting, e.g. take the local road past Saltkällan, Skredsvik, Rotviksbro stop at "Två Fröknar" which is a cozy shop with both interior design and clothes. Next door is the restaurant Stallgården, which also sells organic produce in the shop "Stallgården's Pantry". Then continue with some shopping at Torp Köpcentrum or why not a visit to Bohusläns Museum. From the cabin, you can also easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil, Smögenbryggan, fishing and boating communities in the northern part of Bohuslän.
