Stay in the middle of the historic part of Östergötland in a cozy furnished farmhouse. The house is situated to the large residence where the owners live. At the back of the house there is a balcony that has a door from the kitchen area, where you can sit and have your meals, sometimes overlook-ing at the horses in the garden. The house has been recently renovated and has a lovely space with its open space up to ceiling nook. On the downstairs there is the open kitchen with living room, bathroom and sauna to warm up if the cold has arrived in the late summer. A staircase leads up to the ceiling that accommodates both a double bed and a single bed. The sauna must be booked before use. To the nearest bathing place it is about 5 km, a lake called Lorasjön, where you can swim from the pier, which has both grass and sand to be on. Vättern, Sweden's second largest lake, can you swim in from, among other places, Vadstena and Vätterviksbadet, which is a large swimming area with shallow water and sandy beach The house is beautifully located with Östergötland's largest mountain Omberg, in the background, with its nice hiking trails, and with a nice view of Östgöta plain on the top of the mountain. Around a short distance there are many attractions, the church of Rokk is just a few kilometers away, where there is a well-preserved runestone, about 2 miles from the house is Bird Lake Tåkern, and to Vadstena at Vätterns beach and with its castle from the 1500s, about 2, 5 miles. Hästholmen about 1 mile you can swim or walk at the harbor, look over the lake to Ellen Keys beach, and finish by buying good ice cream. Welcome to Millingstorp
