Imagine sipping rosé on the plane tree and wisteria-shaded patio and admiring the spectacular 180° views from Saignan to Oppède over the Luberon National Park mountain range.
The 172m2 (1851 sq ft) house has been newly furnished in May 2022 and is well-equipped including high-speed internet, TV, washer-dryer.
The ground floor is dominated by the large open-plan kitchen-dining-living room area. Large floor to ceiling south-facing windows look out onto the garden and the magnificent views of Bonnieux, Lacoste and the fields of lavender. Electric window shutters provide shade when needed. There are two bedrooms (queen-sized beds – 160cm x 200cm) on the ground floor, each with their own private bathroom. In addition, there is a small office space annexed to the living room.
On the loft-like first floor, there is a private double bedroom (two single beds can comfortably be converted to become a 160cm x 200cm queen-sized bed). A separate bathroom with a bath|shower is just next door. An open seating area overlooks the living room below.
The large garden contains a private 14m x 4m salt-water lap pool, jeu de boules pitch and several varieties of fruit and olive trees, as well as many fragrant shrubs and flowers. There is an electric plancha located on the patio.
The village of Goult has a market every Thursday morning. It has 7 restaurants and cafés, a small grocery store, a butcher, a bakery, a cheese shop, a hair salon, a newsagent and several little boutiques. It is located near to the charming villages of Gordes, Ménerbes and Rousillion and to the bigger shopping areas of Apt and Coustellet.
