The property was formerly used as headquarters by Kockums, a shipyard company that was established in Malmö in 1820 and one of the largest employers in the city for a long time. The aparthotel offers a unique interior concept developed by Wingårdhs, which is inspired by the industrial area in Varvsstaden. The apartments are all unique and differ in size from 15 sqm to 47 sqm. One of the floors has a ceiling height of 4 meters and offers flexible living in loft studios. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom. The shared facilities include living spaces for getting in touch with others staying at the aparthotel and laundry room. Access to the aparthotel works via key code, making your stay convenient. The aparthotel is located in Västra hamnen, close to the city center with short walking distance to the central station. The surroundings offer several super markets and restaurants. Public transportation with bus and train to/from central station is ideal and Copenhagen airport is only a 20 minute train ride away. Parking in close by garage can be bought as an extra service.
