Welcome to a cozy cottage in a smaller cottage area only 300 meters from lake Strรฅken. To the cottage and to the other houses around, there is a shared private swimming area with a bathing jetty, barbecue area and sandy beach with lawn that you share. The cottage is red with white knots and has a large inviting balcony where you can see the lake between the trees that sparkle below. The lawn invites you to play with swings on the grounds. There is a nice glazed conservatory with seating for 6 people and here is also the entrance to your accommodation. You are welcomed into a narrow hall with space for shoes and jackets. Directly to the right, the living room opens up, which is integrated with the kitchen area. It is bright and with a very homely warm style. There is a sofa with an armchair and a TV. In the living room there is a fireplace that you can use. You buy firewood at the nearest grocery store. The kitchen area has a dining area for 6 people and the kitchen area is next door. The kitchen is from 2019 and in a good standard with an induction cooker, a newer cooker hood and a dishwasher. To the left into the hall is the large bedroom with a double bed. Next to this room is the children's room with a bunk bed 2x90cm wide. You will find the bathroom with wc/shower cabin and washing machine at the bottom. This is a cozy and good accommodation for the family of 4 who want to be close to swimming and nice excursion destinations. The city of Jรถnkรถping is only 25 km away. Here there are a number of restaurants, cafes and shopping for those who wish. In Jรถnkรถping there is also a large indoor pool, Rosenlundsbadet. The town of Mullsjรถ has cafes and small shops and there are plenty of lakes and forests to pick blueberries in. A day trip to Wild West adventure land High Chaparral attracts many families with children. Warm welcome.
