This 3BR/2.5BA town house has spectacular views of the community pond from a fully screened in back porch with a gas grill, couch and seating area for 6 people. The entry is blanketed with white shiplap walls and coastal farmhouse interior decor. With an open concept living space, there is enough room for everyone to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty counter space to host a large family, as well enough seating for 6 people in the dining area and 2 on the bar stools. The living room has a couch, two arm chairs, a smart tv, and a sliding glass door to the screened in porch; for that indoor/outdoor atmosphere.
Upstairs you will find the master and two guest rooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and an ensuite with a double vanity, large walk-in in closet, separate soaker tub, and glass walk-in shower. Down the hall one bedroom has two twin beds and the other with a queen bed and smart tv. The two bedrooms share a full bath in the hallway with a tub/shower combo.
This house is ready for adventures around the island with access to 2 bikes! There is enough parking for 3 cars with one car in the garage.
Guests also have access to the community pool located at the front of the complex.
