The "Baltic Nest Fehmarn" occupies a prime location on the sandy South Beach Burgtiefe and its promenade. In approximately 1 minute walk away - thanks elevator in the house barrier-free - is one of the nicest beach segments of the Island Fehmarn with beach chair rentals, playgrounds, toilets with baby changing facilities, baywatch monitoring and restaurants. Ideal for families with buggy. The year-round opened adventure bath "FehMare" with wave operation, children's and sauna area is within walking distance, as well as bakery, laundry and self-service market in the marina.
One of the best surfing areas in Germany - the "Burg lake" - with surf school and rental station of known Charchulla Twins is right in front of the house.
The apartment is flooded with light, nice and modern equipped and ideal for a maximum of 4 people and an infant.
KITCHEN
with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven with steam cooking, espresso machine (Nespresso), milk frother, filter coffee machine, 2-zone ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and plenty of odds and ends. Two other ceramic hobs are in the closet and can be placed as needed.
BATHROOM
with tub and shower facilities, heated towel rails, hair dryer.
LIVING ROOM
with large flat screen TV, DVD / BluRay player, a stereo with Bluetooth, fast internet via WiFi (up to 50 MBit/s without volume limitation), telephone for calls to German fixed network, spacious couch, easy chair with ottoman for relaxed reading and dozing, dining table with four chairs. Evening unfold in an instant the comfortable double bed from the closet and so transform the living room into a second bedroom. In the morning the bed and bedding is simply folded back and vents closed with integrated ventilation holes.
BEDROOM
with large bunk bed (2 x 90/200 cm, approved and comfortable even for adults), large wardrobe and plenty of room for parking a buggy and installation of a children's travel bed.
FOR CHILDREN
you will find in the closet a foldable travel bed (60/120 cm), including mattress, mattress protector and a high chair. Potty and toilet seat and plenty of children's cutlery and children's meals are with us also naturally included - all for free. For your toddler, what you just need to bring, is linens and bedding itself.
STRANDKORB ("Beach chair")
The apartment has its own beach chair on the beach section in front of the house, which you can use at least from May 15th to September 15th - depending on the weather, earlier or even longer. The "Strandkorb" is lockable and is located in the reception area of the public WiFi of the municipality of Fehmarn.
PARKING
A car parking lot is available free of charge directly in front of the house, additional parking around surcharge. Cycle at the house. Small bicycle room in the house.
WINDOWS WITH "NATURAL CINEMA"
From every window you have a wonderful sea and marina view and enjoy all day the natural play of light and water. Thanks to the horizontally opening panoramic window in the living room you can sit practically like on a balcony in the fresh air, well protected from the seagulls. In all windows blackout blinds are fitted.
MONUMENT PROTECTION
The "Baltic Nest Fehmarn" is part of the Arne Jacobsen settlement that was made in 2015 under monument protection. The entire area is the work of this famous architect and designer. In the apartment is available materials about Arne Jacobsen and modern architecture - but you can also just spend a great vacation with us ... ;-)
