Positive: The location is very good. We thought it was good value for money. The apartment is not as big as we thought, but fortunately we came alone without our parents otherwise it could have been a problem as third bedroom is really difficult to access. Huge terrace. Big TV. two bathrooms. very practical. well maintained property.
Negative: I had a feeling that I stayed at someone’s apartment. it did not have a feeling like a rental property. it had a lot of personal things. absolute mess on the kitchen: tons of kitchen items and in Chaotic order. The size of the place is very compact. It is not spacious big place, just enough space for couple with a child. Kitchen is old and not really for cooking but it did not bother us as we ate out. I think this apartment needs a big decluttering. Plus there is the camera! we covered it while being inside.
