Wooden beams and stone walls and ceilings enhance the charm of this comfortably furnished accommodation. A pizza oven and a poolhouse with WC and shower are at your disposal. The Ardèche offers a magnificent backdrop for your excursions, which you can make either on foot or by mountain bike. Experience the villages of Les Vans (17 km) and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc (42 km). In addition to hiking, the beautiful gorges of the Ardèche also invite you to an adventurous canoe trip. At Lac de Villefort (25 km) a variety of water sports activities are offered. The local farmers' markets are full of delicious produce and products from the region, which you can use to cook at home in your vacation accommodation. Summary: The property is in an amazing location with stunning views ! It is full of character, well equipped and with a lovely pool. It is isolated so be prepared to drive 20 mins to get even the most basic of provisions. It was VERY hot when we were there and the house has no air conditioning (which we knew) but there were no fans either - I do think these should be provided as the nights were stifling !! I also think a few basic provisions like washing up liquid should be provided.
