Large community park with a playground is a short walk. 30 minutes to downtown Sacramento, 1.5 hours to Tahoe, San Francisco or Napa, and too many local attractions to list! Welcome to beautiful wonderland where functionality meets practicality and design! This luxurious, one level, all fenced home is located on a safe quiet neighborhood street. Whole house is lovingly set up for the needs of all your family members. This house feels very specious and has multiple sitting areas for conversations and dining inside and outside. Play in the pool, spa, recline and watch a movie or venture out and rent motorized as well as non-motorized sports at Folsom Lake. Enjoy great hiking and biking trails around the lake. Sacramento Aquatic center also provides non-motorized water sport rentals. Paddleboarding or kayaking anyone? Multiple wineries and craft breweries to visit and explore. Thunder Valley Casino for the fate temping kind. Kids' activities include Sunsplash Water Park, Quarry Park Adventures, Sacramento Zoo and Fairyland, bowling, mini golf, bumper cars to name a few.
